What are the fees for the program?
The 21 Day Fat Furnace is priced at $170, but you can register today for ONLY $20. After that, there is only ONE EASY payment of $29. (A total of ONLY $49 for the whole program). But you need to register TODAY because this awesome incentive is ONLY available for a limited time.

The program is roughly $2 per day (less than your favorite Starbucks coffee!).

 When does the program start? 
There is no specific start date. Once you register we will contact you to schedule your first workout.
 What are the sessions times? 
We offer at least 26 sessions a week starting at 5:30am, and ending at 7pm nearly every day of the week.
The sessions are only 30 minutes so even those with the busiest schedule can find time to workout.

MON SESSIONS - 5:30am, 6:10am, 8:30am, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm, 7:00pm

TUE SESSIONS - 5:30am, 6:10am, 8:30am, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm, 7:00pm

WED SESSIONS - 5:30am, 6:10am, 8:30am, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm (no 7:00pm session on Wednesday)

THU SESSIONS - 5:30am, 6:10am, 8:30am, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm

FRI SESSIONS - 5:30am, 6:10am, 8:30am, 5:00pm (no change to the Friday at 5:00pm)

SAT SESSIONS - 8:00am, 9:00am

 What will be required of me? 
We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week and send a weekly progress report to your coach.
 Who is the program for? 
People at any fitness level can participate in this program.

Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs. 

Participants range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose.
