We currently offer 51 sessions a week starting at 5:15am, and ending at 6:45pm most days of the week. (We do have a 5:15 am session Monday-Friday however you must attend a different session time for your first workout.)

MON SESSIONS - 5:15am, 6am, 6:45am, 8:15am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:00pm, and 6:45pm
